Q- What if I receive the painting and I don’t like it?
A- Pictures of all products are sent to you prior to you receiving them for full approval. This is important as we don’t want to waste shipping and the artists’ time. Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. Refunds will not be made due to ‘buyer’s remorse’. We have sent out 1000’s of paintings and we have never heard of anyone disliking their work of art. To be honest, the photos we send you do not do the actual work of art justice.

Q- What if the photo I send you is not that clear?
A- Not to worry, we have a professional in house that can clean your photo up and make it look like it is new again- we can even paint old photographs that are black and white into beautiful color portraits or the other way around? You name the manipulation and we will assist you in making the portrait something truly special.

Q-Where are your offices?
A- We have offices in the USA, Canada and we also have a representative in the Caribbean. Our offices can be contacted at anytime through our toll free number.

Q-Who are the Artists?
A- All our artists are professionally trained, talented individuals who have graduated from a post secondary school. We even have student artists working for us on a constant level. They live all over the world, and many of them work from their homes and we pick up the paintings directly from them when they are completed. We know most of them personally, and they are wonderful family oriented people, and we pay very well for all work done- in fact all work is considered fairly traded.

Q- Do your Artists sign their works?
A- It is completely up to you, you may request this if you’d like, just let us know when you are ordering your masterpieces. Most customers do not get them signed.

Q- What if I want to order a size which you do not have listed?
A- We can customize any order for any size which you require- just e-mail us what you have in mind and we will be happy to accommodate. Additional shipping prices may be added on certain orders, but we will sort those out as we go.
