Return Policy
All items are insured. If your work is damaged when it arrives in your home, please call us immediately and we will contact the shipping company to make the claim. Make sure you save the shipping box or tube as well as the contents as you received them.

We guarantee all works of art that we sell! If you are not 100% satisfied with your work, you may send it back to us for a full refund of the purchased price, minus shipping and handling costs. Please e-mail us so that we can give you a return authorization number. All refunds must be made within 30 days of shipping and must have an authorization number. Work which is returned prior to receiving a return authorization number will not be accepted. All work is sent to the purchaser from the artist’s location via electronic mail- all customized works of art are approved by the purchaser previous to it being sent from the artists’ location. If the purchaser is not happy with the piece at that time, work will be changed or altered to ensure complete satisfaction by the purchaser.

Shipping Information:
We have two options for shipping and handling- if we are sending directly from our art warehouse in Costa Rica or Belize or any one of the islands which are represented, then all items are sent FedEx or UPS and are fully insured. If we are sending the piece from one of our warehouses in North America, then the piece will either be sent via UPS or ground mail, of course, all pieces are always secured and insured.

At Indigo Art Online, we want our customers to be happy with their order, and that is why we give you a full 30 days from the shipping date to decide. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, return your new painting to us for a full refund less shipping charges, or return your. For none commissioned paintings (not customized), there is 15% restocking fee, plus all shipping and handling charges must be paid both ways for a return to be made.

How Secure Is Information About Me?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

We reveal only selected digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. After your card is processed this information is removed from our server and is not available over any databases accessible through the internet.

• You represent and warrant to Indigo Art Online Inc. that you are the sole creator, producer, photographer and/or author of such photograph or image and that you have sole copyright ownership of the photograph or image. You further represent that if you hired a photographer (either professional or not) that you have obtained an assignment of copyright from that photographer or which allows you to make reproductions or derivatives based on said photograph or image.

• You represent to Indigo Art Online Inc that you have in your possession written write of privacy permission releases from all persons depicted in all photo, images and portraits.

• You hereby grant Indigo Art Online Inc. the right to publish, copy, print and reproduce such images in any lawful manner, including oil painting reproductions.

• You further hold Indigo Art Online Inc., its successors, or owners released from any action that may be taken due to loss or damage of any photograph or image which is provided to us.
