
Q- What about shipping, how much will it cost?
A- On all orders with IndigoArtOnline.com for portraits from photos, the price of shipping is included, insured and couriered directly to your home.
Q- What is the delivery time for my custom masterpiece portrait?
A- Our standard processing time is approximately 4-6 weeks. Most orders will be in your homes within 4 weeks of us receiving your order. Kindly let us know if you have a deadline, and we will be happy to work around it as much as we can. The quality of our final product is our top priority.
Q- How sturdy is the packaging?
A- We package all our works in sturdy tubes with light plastic linings for protection. Framed paintings will be delivered in specially designed boxes. All paintings are fully insured as well, and most orders are sent via FedEx or UPS, with tracking numbers provided.
Q- Are there any import taxes or duties on my purchase?
A- As we explained, all our shipping is included in the price of your purchase, but this does not include your countries applicable import duties and taxes. Each country is different, and the customer is responsible for imposed duties and/or taxes for their individual country of residence. On the bright side, most countries do not impose any kind tariff on original art work- just check with the shipping company prior to receiving your order. In the rare case that you actually have to pay a tariff, it is nominal. Because we are an international company, you may be charged for your local sales tax as well, give us an e-mail if you have any questions concerning this, or contact your local representative (if there is one in your area) for further information.
Q- What happens if the painting is damaged when I receive it, or it goes missing before it gets delivered?
A- We want you to be completely satisfied with your product. When packages are delivered damaged (which has not happen yet- fingers crossed!) we’ll need you to inform the courier (FedEx or UPS) from your end, and also let us know. If the portrait is damaged beyond repair or completely lost, then we’ll immediately order you a new one as a replacement- no questions asked. Simple.
