This is how our process works,
• Once the portrait is completed- it is double checked by our master inspector artists, as well as several others, including ourselves.
• We send you a high resolution picture via e-mail of your portrait.
• Once you confirm that that is what you are 100% satisfied with, then we courier the portrait to you, fully insured and double packaged, and you can track it until you receive it!
